Question 1: For a college student going into an entry level job, do we need an objective on our resume and if so -- what are some tips for a strong objective? Question 2: Hi, I'd be grateful of any thoughts. After several successful years in the charity sector I left to co-found my own company. While the company wasn't unethical, I traveled a lot which is against my beliefs in climate change, and similar conflicts with some of my values. The company also ceased trading. In general I don't believe the experience represented me well. I would much rather talk about my old experiences in interviews, not least because I understand and know the issues better. How shall I represent this on my CV and in interviews? Comments[9] |
