Question 1: I am a Pastor of a small church in Urban area of Dallas TX.   I need help to learn how we can start a Green job training at the church and start training for installation of solar panels and use the church as a non profit to help the community learn the new skills to beter help them take care of their families. How do I get started and can someone from Van Jones organization come down to Dallas to train.

Question 2: I am applying to Americorps. Are there other national and regional agencies like Americorps and how can I find out about them?

Question 1: For a college student going into an entry level job, do we need an objective on our resume and if so -- what are some tips for a strong objective?
 
Question 2: Hi, I'd be grateful of any thoughts. After several successful years in the charity sector I left to co-found my own company. While the company wasn't unethical, I traveled a lot which is against my beliefs in climate change, and similar conflicts with some of my values. The company also ceased trading. In general I don't believe the experience represented me well. I would much rather talk about my old experiences in interviews, not least because I understand and know the issues better. How shall I represent this on my CV and in interviews?
